[/ux_text] [/accordion-item] [accordion-item title="When will I receive my tracking number?"] [ux_text text_color="rgb(0,0,0)"]Once we've reviewed and manufactured your order we'll hand over your package to our shipping carrier within 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday) and then send you your tracking number.
[/ux_text] [/accordion-item] [accordion-item title="When will my order arrive?"] [ux_text text_color="rgb(0,0,0)"]As every order is uniquely personalised it can take up to 5 working days to be ready to ship.

As your order is 100% unique and custom made, we can't accept returns. If you have a problem with your final product, please get in touch via our contact page and we'll evaluate your situation.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, again, get in touch via our contact page and we'll send out a replacement as fast as possible! Note that while we do not refund faulty orders, we do replace them as quick as we can.

So far we have created, Dogs, Cats, Horses, Birds and People.

If you really want 2 pets (e.g 2 dogs) on the same pendant, remember that this won't increase the diameter size of the finished product. If you order multiple pieces we will automatically deduct 20% from the price during checkout if you order 3+ products.
