We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders containing 2 or more items, otherwise, the shipping fee is £3.30.

* The estimated delivery times are “estimates” based on recent deliveries and shall not be seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process works as smoothly as possible, but in case of late delivery – we do not issue a refund.

Express Shipping Costs:

We offer worldwide express shipping with FedEx. The shipping fee is £18.

* FedEx Express fee is non-refundable. If the delivery failed due to a wrong address requires a £10 re-shipping fee.

  • Europe, UK: 4-6 days
  • Russia: 4-8 days

Production Time:

As each of our products are personalised and carefully engraved, it takes about 5 business days to make the pendant. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email, where we will also provide you with your tracking number.
